ai_licia is a very powerful co-host that can bring a lot to your Community, and as we aim to make configuring ai_licia as simple as possible, we are regularly creating new content to help you make your ai_licia unique.
We are using the learnings from seeing and helping thousands of Community Leaders to help you getting started, ensuring a good experience from the first stream. The difference between a good time with ai_licia and a mediocre one lies into not configuring ai_licia properly, which can feel overwhelming the first time.

Generic Knowledge
How does it work
ai_licia will join your chat automatically at the start of your stream. You don’t need to click any button or do anything, she is taking care of everything! You can make ai_licia leave or rejoin at any time, from the Dashboard.
ai_licia will talk of her own when she wants to, like a normal viewer. If you want her to answer to you directly, you should tag her or say her name.
You can test your settings at any time by going to the Character page or the go live page, and click on Preview.
Finally, ai_licia will join your chat as "ai_licia" by default, but you can change the Twitch name she uses in your Characters.
Characters
Characters are at the heart of ai_licia, designed to let you express your creativity to shape the type of interaction you want for your Community.
Start by building your Character’s Personality and Backstory—from scratch, with one of our presets, or even by asking ai_licia to generate them for you. Customise every detail to make each Character uniquely yours, from adjusting tone, messaging style, and chat frequency to refining the perfect balance of personality traits.
Or, dive into our Curated Characters library, where you'll find high-quality, ready-made options crafted by our team.
Each Character comes with a unique voice, played through our custom TTS system, bringing a rich variety of voices to your Character’s interactions.
Personalisation goes even further: change ai_licia Twitch name via Display Names (linked to Twitch accounts you own), set custom emotes, commands, and event reactions to match your style.
Account
The Account Page is where you manage global settings for ai_licia.
Set the language ai_licia should use, your pronouns, and Twitch channel description so that ai_licia aligns seamlessly with your Content and Community.
You’ll also find the API key here for specific integrations, the TTS browser source to use our TTS, ignore specific users from your chat or assign admin permissions to trusted users.
Integrations
The Integration Page is your central hub for connecting ai_licia to a range of tools and games.
Here, you’ll find a list of available Integrations, each with step-by-step setup instructions to get you started seamlessly. These integrations allow ai_licia to receive real-time data from the tool or game and react to specific events as they happen on your stream.
Supported integrations include popular options like Pulsoid, Stream Deck, League of Legends, and Flight Simulator, among others.
Memory
The Memory Page is where you can view and manage the memories ai_licia has built from her interactions.
ai_licia remembers details about the people she chats with, becoming a part of the community over time.
Mention an upcoming birthday party, for instance, and she’ll likely ask how it went the next stream! Here, you can review, update, or delete specific memories, giving you full control over ai_licia’s recollections and how she engages with your community.
TTS
Our built-in Text-to-Speech (TTS) brings ai_licia’s responses to life.
You can customise settings to create a more seamless flow, like having ai_licia wait until you’ve finished speaking before responding, or pausing TTS if you start talking. You can also restrict who can interact with the TTS to yourself, subscribers, or VIPs, tailoring voice interactions to fit your channel’s needs.
Speaking to ai_licia
With voice interaction, ai_licia can listen and respond to you in almost real time. This feature enables a more direct, conversational experience, allowing you to engage with ai_licia simply by speaking, directly on the Dashboard.
